Over the past 3 years, Diversified Construction has formed a Comprehensive Energy Management Services Team.
Our goal was simple: construct a comprehensive service that can examine a facility and identify areas where new energy management and design initiatives can cost-effectively be implemented. |

Identify sources of funding through grant research and secure such funding.
When new construction is an option, we can provide complete real estate services and introduce funding sources.
The Energy Management Team targets commercial, high-tech, healthcare, and industrial markets.
